The appointment hours for the Town Clinic are:

• Monday between 10 am and 2 pm
• Wednesday between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm
• Thursday between 12 noon and 3 pm

The appointments are available at every 10 minutes. Our fees for Boone Clinic are $20-$25-$30 per treatment, on a sliding scale.

2. Rutherwood Clinic at 363 Daniel Dr., Boone.

The appointment hours for Rutherwood Clinic are:

• Tuesday between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm
• Friday between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm

Charges per treatment are on a sliding Scale of $40-$45-$50. The appointments are available every half hour.

Additional information applicable to both clinics:

*There is a one-time $10 orientation fee with the first appointment. The fee for an acupuncture treatment is payable at the time of the visit. A typical acupuncture treatment takes 60 to 90 minutes. Currently we do not have the capability to accept debit/credit cards as we are very small, and want to keep our lives simple. We gladly accept cash and checks. There is a wooden box at the entrance to the acupuncture room, with envelopes in a side pocket and a pencil. Please put your cash in the envelope provided, and write your name in pencil outside the envelope, and put the unsealed envelope in the box. If paying by check, make your check payable to: "Boone Community Acupuncture Clinic" (or BCAC in short) and directly put in the same box.

As a courtesy to the patient after you, please try to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. There is a $15 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled (including No-Shows) when done less than 24 hours before the appointment.

We try to be as flexible as possible to accomodate the demands on the busy lives of our patients. Our normal clinic days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (evening), Thursday and Friday. If you need a different time, please discuss it with us and we shall try to accomodate you.

We normally do not see patients on Saturdays, and Sundays. If an established patient wants to be treated on these days (available only at Rutherwood Clinic), the charges are twice the normal charges. It is also subject to our schedule and availability on that day.

We do not have the capability to file any insurance claims on your behalf (it keeps our costs low). If you need to file a claim to your FSA/HSA account, we provide one bill/receipt per year free of charge. After that we charge $5 for each additional receipt requested by you (it keeps our costs allocated to only those patients who ask for the receipts.

If you need copies of your treatment records, we charge $1 per page as administrative fees.
